Esri: imagery and address search

Powered by Esri. Satellite imagery: Esri World Imagery (sources: Esri, Vantor, Earthstar Geographics, and the GIS User Community). Address suggestions and geocoding: ArcGIS World Geocoding Service; results are used to display the map and are not stored by us. Provided through ArcGIS Location Platform under the Esri Master Agreement and data attribution requirements.

Building outlines

USA Structures by Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) and FEMA Geospatial Response Office, accessed through Esri's U.S. Federal Data ArcGIS Online layer. Licensed under CC BY 4.0. We display outlines as published; roof area is our own calculation derived from them (outline plus overhang times selected pitch).
Microsoft Global ML Building Footprints (Florida subset), © Microsoft, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. We converted the Florida subset to a tiled format for lookups; that derivative database is available on request under the ODbL by emailing ronald@aeonis.pro.
OpenStreetMap building data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the ODbL, via a Protomaps basemap build.
